Refund Policy – Japan Tours Agency
We understand that travel plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines your rights to refunds if you cancel tours, transport or other services booked with us.

| More than 24 hours before tour starts | Full refund minus 5% transaction fees & taxes | Applies if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the tour or service start time. |
| Within 24 hours before tour start | 50% of the tour price | If cancellation happens less than 24 hours before start. |
| Day of tour start or after | 0% | No refund, even if trip is not usable or performance/service was poor. |
