These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Japan Tours Agency (“we”, “us”, “our”) through our website https://japantours.agency and any related booking, transport, tour, or affiliate/vendor services.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All tour, transport, or pickup/dropoff bookings must be confirmed via full or required payment.

  • Prices are subject to change due to seasonality, availability, currency fluctuations.

  • Payment methods accepted are as specified on our website; all payments include applicable taxes, fees.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Our Refund Policy (see separate Refund Policy page) governs cancellations and refunds.

3. Vendor & Affiliate Agreements

  • Vendors and affiliates must comply with our Vendor / Affiliate Program rules.

  • Commissions paid (10% for vendors, 5% for affiliates) subject to successful completion of tours/bookings.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for obtaining valid visas, passports, health requirements.

  • Arrive on time for pickups; failure to do so may affect service and no refund for lost time.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by acts beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, weather, third-party issues).

  • We do not guarantee results where delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site (images, text, logos) is owned by or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan (or the relevant jurisdiction you specify).
